My printer, Lulu.com, strives to provide you with high-quality products. However, since your books are printed, packaged, and shipped by people, mistakes can always happen.

If you receive a damaged or defective book, or if you receive the wrong book, Lulu.com will provide you with a replacement copy, provided that you send photos showing the damage, defect, or error; you do not need to return the damaged or defective copy.
